🛍️ Return Policy

  • Rugs must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • All rugs are inspected upon return for staining, damage, or signs of use. Exchanges may be denied if damage is found.
  • No credit will be issued if the rug’s security seal has been removed.
  • Items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • International customers (including AK, HI, PR, USVI, NWT, and Nunavut) are responsible for duties and customs fees.

Please email info@pacificrugs.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending items back. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Use the original packaging or equivalent and secure the shipment properly with tape. Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • We use UPS or FedEx for all shipments.
  • Shipping options include Basic Ground (5–8 business days), Second Day Air, or Next Day Air.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from pacificrugs.com.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
  • You can track your package via the UPS or FedEx website using the provided confirmation number.
