🛍️ Return Policy
- Rugs must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- All rugs are inspected upon return for staining, damage, or signs of use. Exchanges may be denied if damage is found.
- No credit will be issued if the rug’s security seal has been removed.
- Items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- International customers (including AK, HI, PR, USVI, NWT, and Nunavut) are responsible for duties and customs fees.
Please email info@pacificrugs.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending items back. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Use the original packaging or equivalent and secure the shipment properly with tape. Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- We use UPS or FedEx for all shipments.
- Shipping options include Basic Ground (5–8 business days), Second Day Air, or Next Day Air.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from pacificrugs.com.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
- You can track your package via the UPS or FedEx website using the provided confirmation number.
