  • Rugs must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • All rugs are inspected upon return for staining, damage, or signs of use. Exchanges may be denied if damage is found.
  • No credit will be issued if the rug’s security seal has been removed.
  • Items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • International customers (including AK, HI, PR, USVI, NWT, and Nunavut) are responsible for duties and customs fees.
  • Please email info@pacificrugs.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending items back. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Use the original packaging or equivalent and secure the shipment properly with tape. Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.

Sisal, Seagrass & Natural Flooring: Use high-suction vacuuming, clean spills immediately, and use dry-cleaning powder (e.g., HOST system). Rotate rugs periodically, protect from direct sunlight, and use a rug pad in heavy traffic areas.
