🚚 How We Ship

  • We use UPS or FedEx for all shipments.
  • Shipping options include Basic Ground (5–8 business days), Second Day Air, or Next Day Air.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from pacificrugs.com.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email.
  • You can track your package via the UPS or FedEx website using the provided confirmation number.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us or re-routed because of an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.
