Shipping Information - Fast and Reliable Delivery


Pacific Rugs uses UPS or FedEx as its primary source of transport. Pacific Rugs customers may choose from Basic Ground shipping (5-8 business days) , Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipments.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Pacific Rugs. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the Tracking information via email. You may use that information to log in to the UPS or FedEx website to track your shipment by confirmation number.


  • RETURN POLICY

Pacific Rugs will accept the exchange / Return of rugs purchased from us subject to the following provisions:

  1. Rugs must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  2. All rugs will be inspected upon exchange for signs of staining, damage, or other use-related conditions. Pacific Rugs reserves the right to deny the exchange of damaged or stained rugs.
  3. Exchange/ Return Credit will not be issued if the Seal is removed from the rug.
  4. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Trade Accounts please check your shipping policies in your account set up sheet.

    International customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and NWT, Nunavut) are responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, and shipping costs.

  • Please email (info@pacificrugs.com) to get the RA# (Return authorization number) before you ship any items back to us. (No credit will be issued without the RA number) We will give you specific instructions about how to return your items. Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping Costs. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use proper tape to secure the package.
