Return and Shipping Policy

* Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction. Should an error occur, you will be notified of the corrections.

* Online prices are not valid in the stores.

RETURN POLICY

Pacific Rugs will accept the exchange / Return of rugs purchased from us subject to the following provisions:

  1. Rugs must be returned within 30 days of delivery and a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable unless purchased as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”.
  2. All rugs will be inspected upon exchange for signs of staining, damage, or other use-related conditions. Pacific Rugs reserves the right to deny the exchange of damaged or stained rugs.
  3. Exchange/ Return Credit will not be issued if Seal is removed from the rug.
  4. Merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging or equivalent. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.

*International customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island and NWT, Nunavut) are responsible for applicable duty and custom fees in addition to return shipping costs.

These returned goods costs are on a per rug basis.

  1. Warehouse inspection of the returned Pacific Rugs.
  2. Re-stocking the rug in warehouse and making it available for sale once more by re-packaging.
  3. Adding the rug to our up-to-date Pacific Rugs Website.

IMPORTANT:

We will give you specific instructions about how to return your items. Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping.

Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it.

 

 

Shipping Policy:

Pacificrugs.com uses UPS as its primary source of transport. Pacificrugs.com customers may choose from Basic Ground shipping, , Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipments. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the US and Canada and usually arrive within a few days of placing your order (5-8 business days).

Canadian residents are required to pay GST or HST as detailed below:

Ontario 13% HST

British Columbia 12% HST

Nova Scotia 15% HST

New Brunswick 13% HST

Newfoundland & Labrador 13% HST

All other Provinces and Territories 5% GST

For our International customers, apart from Canadian customers, please be aware that any shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the International resident.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Pacificrugs.com. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information. You may use that information to login at the UPS website to track your shipment by confirmation number.
